Jon Buchan, Chief Customer Advocate and CEO
One of the founders of PA Group USA, Jon Buchan has 10+ years of experience as a leader in both thought and execution. Buchan enjoys directly helping clients solve perplexing problems and often can be found deeply involved in diagnostic sales efforts for PA Group. His ability to work with our clients to produce advantageous outcomes has established a customer-centric culture at PA Group focused on world-class service. His title as Chief Customer Advocate speaks to his hands-on approach when it comes to meeting customer needs. Jon’s marquee achievement is lifting PA into a position of excellence and continued growth. His past experience in sales and channel development has given him the ability to lead colleagues and engage with customers in a meaningful way. He is an avid supporter of tech startups, following those making a name for themselves locally in Chattanooga, TN as well as those rising within our industry. Most importantly, he is a dedicated family man who makes a diligent yet failing attempt at improving his golf game whenever the weather and his schedule allow. A man of varied interests, Buchan also enjoys the adrenaline rush of motocross riding and the calmness of saltwater angling.
Tom McGuigan, CPA, CFO
Tom joined PA Group in September 2014 to lead the ERP practice. Tom has extensive experience assisting clients during complex implementations and mentoring fellow consultants. With his leadership, PA Group is poised for continued growth into the future. Tom brings a wealth of knowledge in the financial services arena, combining the functional knowledge of the systems with extensive core business process experience. He is skilled in business solution development, GAP analysis, system implementation and customization. A graduate of Oglethorpe University, Tom is an active Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Tom is also certified in Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 Trade & Logistics and Finance.
Bob Buechel, MBA, Business Development Director
Bob is a technical wizard with certifications in a number of Microsoft Dynamics AX segments. He leads technical demos showcasing our software solutions, connecting software functionality with the needs of our clients and their core processes. An integral member of the PA Group team, he joined in May of 2014. He received both his undergraduate degree and his MBA from the University of South Carolina-Columbia. His extensive experience with ERP systems has given him insight into implementation best practices, project management, and business optimization. Bob is a skilled hockey player, having played since he was young, and could turn out to be a sleeper pick should an NHL team decide to pick him up as a free agent.
Josh Davis, Marketing Director
Josh Davis leads the PA Group marketing team, developing the strategy and plan for execution of all company marketing initiatives. Josh has established a customer-focused marketing department at PA Group, with an emphasis on supporting industry tradeshows and associations that directly benefit PA Group’s customers and prospects. Josh has a diverse skill set, including web design and coding in CSS and HTML, graphic design with Adobe Creative Cloud, database management and marketing automation with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, copywriting for web and print media, tradeshow and event management, public speaking and leadership. Josh is heavily involved in the Chattanooga community, having served on the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and as President of the Young Professionals Association of Chattanooga. He also regularly volunteers as a marketing and web design consultant for Chattanooga area nonprofits and occasionally teaches marketing and technology workshops at the Chattanooga Center for Nonprofits.
Bradley Hanon, Factory Services Director
Brad has spearheaded the factory services division, and has performed in number of roles since joining PA Group in 2005. His main role is installation, configuration, and maintenance of shop floor systems. He has extensive experience working with the Dynamics AX 2012 platform, designing and building customized solutions tailored to each client’s specific hardware and software requirements. As a system administrator, Brad spends time provisioning, installing, configuring, and maintaining the operations of both physical and virtual systems for PA Group’s Cloud and Hosted Services. He is also responsible for our data center operations, maintaining data storage technologies and disaster recovery.
Alicia Keener, Financial Services Director
Alicia started work with PA Group in 2012 and was brought on full-time as the Director of Financial Solutions in August 2014. She has extensive experience working with ERP systems beginning in 1996, allowing her to work with diverse teams at over 40 customer sites in 5 countries. She has spent years on implementation teams, helping to train users on their new systems and has developed over 500 new software enhancements that helped to meet specific customer needs. Her certifications are extensive and include Microsoft Dynamics AX Financials, Trade & Logistics, and Installation & Configuration.
Ian McLamb, Technical Services Director
Ian began working with PA Group USA in 2012 after graduating Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering from North Carolina State University. He initially served as a functional consultant providing implementation support for Dynamics AX 2009 and 2012 ERP packages and specialized in data manipulation and migration technologies. Since that time he has honed his programming and development skills for both Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and 2012. In late 2013, Ian transitioned into the role of Technical Resource Manager for PA Group USA. Since then he has managed developments and support tasks for each implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and 2012 supported by PA Group. It is the constant goal of the Technical Resource Division to provide a high level of quality in all services that they provide including installations, developments, and support services. As PA Group USA continues to grow, so too does the quality and value of services provided by our technical support staff.
Evan Bissonette, Account Executive
Evan joined PA Group in February 2015. He has more than 5 years of marketing and sales success with specialty textile and composite manufacturing, logistics, building materials and more. His primary focus at PA Group is to develop new relationships, support current customers and encourage business success for ERP, CRM, Manufacturing Execution Software and Cloud-Based Retail Systems. He was raised in Chattanooga, TN and attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, majoring in Communication and minoring in Entrepreneurship. He is also involved in the UTC Young Alumni Association, G.O.L.D., and served as President for 2013-14. He was active on the Young Professionals Association of Chattanooga board for 2.5 years and served as programming chair and sponsorship chair in that time. He also served as VP for one year on the Sister Cities Association of Chattanooga representing Hamm, Germany, and has participated in Protégé Chattanooga, a selective mentorship program through YPAC and the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys exercise, the outdoors, playing drums, cars, traveling and more. He lives in downtown Chattanooga and loves every nook and cranny of the city he calls home.
Jonathan Eakes, Marketing Content & Communications Manager
Jonathan joined PA group in June of 2014 and became a full-time member of the marketing department October 2014. He began his journey into the world of textile and apparel manufacturing while studying Textile Technologies at North Carolina State University. While in school he studied polymer science, supply chain management, weaving and knitting technology, as well as fashion and retail brand management and marketing. After graduating in 2012, he spent time in apparel retail, familiarizing himself with the technology needed in retail sales, merchandising, inventory management, and other store operations. Now a Chattanooga, TN resident, he spends time working with on various marketing activities and producing content through various channels. He also works with PA Group’s internal Dynamics CRM database to track marketing and sales activities. He is part of the young team of NC State College of Textiles graduates finding a home at PA Group.
Amy Smith, Accounting and Office Manager
Amy has been part of the PA Group team since 2008 and has 20 years of extensive office management, human resource and accounting experience. She is integral in coordinating the schedule of our consultants, coordinating expense records with billing, logistics with project management, and employment forms with payroll. She is truly two departments rolled into one! On a personal note, Amy is happy to call Chattanooga, TN her hometown, and spends time advocating and volunteering for the Alzheimer’s Association of Southeast Tennessee. She also enjoys putting her nose in a good book or spending time with her husband and daughter.
